No good at all for me but at least I tried and I wanted to show the result ahah

I like it. It's great the way it is.

Suggestion/Offer: Have you tried using a displacement map or custom layer high pass over the lip/cheek area - that will make the stitches stand out a bit. A good high pass layer could give you separation in the dark cheek area too. Might be something you'd like. However, I enjoy the 'flatness' of the makeup on this model because it matches the porcelain quality of her face. I would just change the values for the paint that is heading into the shadow areas.

I love this model - she's got so much for an artist/photographer to work with.
